That is why we never use standard prepared programs. The step-by-step program of the training is developed only after the meeting with the customer and creation of the task plan for the training.

The time fence of the training is done in such way: 60% of the time for theoretical and practical blocks, 40% for diagnostics and working out of situation problem zones during the real training (personal complications, the specifics of time planning of the company, specific management and professional skills, etc.). Such approach allows activating of recourses in disposal of the team with a maximum efficiency, minimize the losses, connected with a natural changes resistance.
